Before Booking Your Appointment: • Please review our cancellation policy. • Appointments are by reservation only. • The scheduled appointment time may not reflect the exact duration of your session, as services may be adjusted. Additional time is also allocated for consultation, dressing, and checkout. Studio Policies: • Private 1:1 Experience: Clients are seen individually to ensure personalized care. • If you bring a guest, they must wait outside the studio until your appointment is completed. No exceptions. • Children are not permitted in the studio. Pre-Treatment Guidelines: • Avoid retinols, sun tanning, tanning beds for at least one week before your appointment. • Avoid facial waxing for at least three days before any skin treatment. • Do not book a facial if you have a sunburn. • Wait two weeks after Botox and four weeks after filler treatments before scheduling a facial. • Refrain from alcohol consumption 24 hours prior to any skin treatment, especially Microchanneling. • Follow all aftercare instructions provided by your esthetician.
